Iraqi permanent representative to UN meets president of the Security Council

The Iraqi permanent representative to the United Nations ambassador Mohammed Husein Bahr AL-Eloum met the president of the current United Nations Security Council Italian ambassador Mr. Sabistiano Kardi at his office preparing to hold the security council session regarding United Nations assistance mission for Iraq envoy.

His excellency the ambassador reviewed during the meeting the great victories achieved by the all Iraqi forces apparatuses against the terrorist groupd of Daesh, asserting on the necessity of the international community's assistance to the reconstructions process in the liberated cities and to contribute in a mandatory and safe return for the displaced people to their cities.

The permanent representative commended Italian efforts in the field of training Iraqi police, repairing Mosul dam and supporting Iraq in the security council regarding the unconstitutional referendum carried out by Iraqi Kurdistan and support imposing the law and order in the contested areas, pointing out to the developed negotiations with the legal department in the united nations over the conditions to trial the terrorists of Daesh.

From his side, the Italian ambassador Mr. Sebistiano Cardi promised to take what have been discussed by the two parts to the Security Council members.
