Foreign minister Dr. Ibrahim Al-Jaafari met Mr. Nicolay Nasta the Romanian undersecretary of defense minister in Bucharest, both sides discussed the means of developing military cooperation between both countries, and means to lift the Romanian support level to Iraq in the stage after defeating Da'esh terroristic gangs.

Al-Jaafari expressed his hope for a long-term, multi-stakeholder bilateral relationship.
